The West Hall offers an energetic, open layout ideal for wedding receptions and large celebrations. With space for up to 400 guests, it includes a full-service bar, DJ port, A/V setup, two large projector screens, and a podium for speeches or live entertainment.

How much does it cost to host a wedding at Chefs Hall?

Pricing depends on your event size, chosen space, day of the week, and setup needs. Venue rentals typically range from $500 to $13,500, with small gatherings on the lower end and full-venue buyouts on the higher end. Food and beverage, staffing, A/V, and enhancements can be added based on your budget and preferences. Request a custom quote for exact pricing.

Is food & beverage included in the venue price?

Food and beverage is priced separately so you can customize your experience. Choose from options prepared by 15 culinary vendors, including passed canapés, chef stations, and full bar service. Our team will build a menu that fits your event style and guest count.

Is there a minimum spend for weddings?

Yes. All events have a minimum food and beverage spend based on your guest count multiplied by the food and beverage packages you choose. The only exception for this is when you book the entire venue, then there is an overall minimum food and beverage spend to close the vendors to the public.

Can we bring our own décor or vendors?

Yes. We do have a list of preferred vendors that we work with and highly recommend. If we do not offer a vendor for a service you're looking for, then you're more than welcome to bring in your own. We only ask that all external vendors, set ups, and activations follow our health and safety protocols. We do not allow any external food or beverage vendors in the Hall. Separate fees may apply. Additional fees may apply.

Do you offer staffing and bar service?

Absolutely. All wedding food and beverage packages include professional chefs, servers, bartenders, and on-site coordinators. With four full-service bars and multiple A/V services, our team manages setup, service, and teardown for a seamless guest experience.

Can you accommodate last-minute weddings?

Yes! Depending on the Wedding, we may be able to accommodate requests with short turnaround times. Speak to our team to find out more!

Can we use multiple venue spaces for one event?

Yes. Many couples host the ceremony on a patio, enjoy cocktail hour in the East Hall, and move to the West Hall for the reception. We can help design a flow that fits your vision and makes the most of Chefs Hall’s indoor-outdoor layout.

Is parking or transit close to the venue?

Yes. Chefs Hall is centrally located with nearby paid parking lots, TTC transit access, and rideshare pickup points. We’ll share the best options to make arrival easy for you and your guests.
